I went to the OnShape EDU to renew the edu account I had, and I still have just the free account. How do I get it back?

You can sign up for the Onshape Education plan by going to www.onshape.com/edu and completing the form. Then enter the information you used for this account and we will upgrade you.
If you do not receive an approval email, check your spam folder for an email from alerts@onshape.com.
