Centering a line to another(midpoints)

hi all
back when using solidworks I used to be able to select the midpoint of a line in a sketch and then also select a midpoint on a parallel line, of a previous sketch/feature then constrain them vertically or horizontal.
very powerful feature meaning they would stay in the middle no matter if I changed dimensions in the previous feature or the next sketch making revisions much neater and quicker
using a construction line or constraint and centre rectangle works but only for rectangles. I often do sketches where I want just one line constrained in that way
is there any way to do this in Onshape?

does this do what you want?
- add point to sketch line midpoint
- select midpoint of edge and the new point
- hit "v" for vertical
