Bend relief not needed

Is there a way to remove the relief from this bend? I do not need it here and I can't seem to get rid of it. 



Here are my current settings. 



Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Try changing your bend relief type to a tear.

    If you over-build your model and then use cut in flat to trim it, there'll be no relief
