Can't Select Interiors

Hello,
With my sketch: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/b0df71e337afb4a144fb027f/w/f73037df658d87a3e2214d38/e/1960f2e9ac09379fbc90b1e6, I can't select any inerior areas of the drawing.
I don't see any grey areas either so that made me think a bit and I drew a circle. It's interior doesn't turn grey either (even though I know it is fully enclosed).
What did I do wrong?

I'd recommend to restore from there and try tracing other curves in different sketches. This way it will be easier to see what goes wrong.
@eric_borden595 - multiple sketches is the way to go. You want to keep the complexity of sketches down.
