If you need threading for a drawing, it will be automatically added for holes created with the hole feature that are set to the tapped type.
If you need a cosmetic thread that looks good in the model but do not need the 3D aspect, you can use the cosmetic thread custom feature found here:
https://cad.onshape.com/documents/60de6d7733c1f01904ca5910/v/5d4bf4f5092053503ba95894/e/e4819e5cbfc03801eeb168e9
If you need a 3D thread, you can use the Thread Creator custom feature found here:
https://cad.onshape.com/documents/6b640a407d78066bd5e41c7a/v/845d049782179b9faee8b6e6/e/c953720c264ce001f1a82dc1
To add custom features to your toolbar, click the + Custom features button and click on the custom feature so that it turns blue. Do not copy the document.

Also, here's an old video on how to make it manually if you want/need a custom thread profile: https://www.onshape.com/en/resource-center/tech-tips/tech-tip-creating-a-thread
tl;dr
Create a helix and create your profile sketch normal to the start of the helix. Make sure your profile sketch 'pierces' the helix, then sweep!

@Mavis_Ma they are public documents, but do not have link sharing turned on, so you need to log in with your Onshape account to see them. Both are created by other users, so I cannot enable link sharing.
