How to update email and password

Hello,
Although I can login to my free, for now, account, I'm already having learning curve frustrations. I need to update my email and password. I searched and the closest post on this is "Account>Security>Password", however I don't see any tabs or links for any of those. Please advise.

“My account” is under your username in the top right cornerSenior Director, Technical Services, EMEA0
