How do I select the top face of the rib as a neutral plane in step 16 of exercise: step?

I have been following along with each step in the Step Exercise, per my teacher's instructions, but when I got to step 16 it says to use the draft feature to choose the top face of the rib as the neutral plane and then select the side faces as the entities to draft. When trying to select the neutral plane, my only option is to select the main sketch or anything above it, but because I am trying to select from the bottom, I can't reach that surface. The top rib surface is available for the entities to draft, but not the neutral plane. How do I pass by my main sketch and select the correct neutral plane?
