How do I select the top face of the rib as a neutral plane in step 16 of exercise: step?

I have been following along with each step in the Step Exercise, per my teacher's instructions, but when I got to step 16 it says to use the draft feature to choose the top face of the rib as the neutral plane and then select the side faces as the entities to draft. When trying to select the neutral plane, my only option is to select the main sketch or anything above it, but because I am trying to select from the bottom, I can't reach that surface. The top rib surface is available for the entities to draft, but not the neutral plane. How do I pass by my main sketch and select the correct neutral plane?

I don't see why you couldn't select the neutral plane, perhaps it could be related to the way you've created the Rib 2 from Step 14.

I have the same problem. I have gone right back to the start of the exercise 3 times now, and I still cannot select the top of the rib. But it is a bit futile because in my version of Onshape, I can select the Draft when I am creating the rib. Draft is one of the options in the rib menu. But the problem remains, because to add the other ribs the top plane of the rib needs to be selected and that cannot be done. I solved the problem by creating a new plane at the height of the ribs by dimensioning the new plane from the bottom face. BUT I still want to now why I could not select that rib top face.
This has now been solved for me. I had one of the early sketches showing. When I hide that sketch I can select the neutral plane at the top of the webs.
