[Documentation request] Document how to open a FeatureScript notices flyout

Output (onshape.com) gives information about how to use `print()` and `println()`, but it sort of hand-waves away how to see the output. Consider that a new programmer, such as myself, will not know how to open up a FeatureSCript notices flyout. ("Their output will be visible in the FeatureScript notices flyout")
In fact, it is not even obvious which tab would have that. Is it the Part Studio? Is it the FeatureScript editor?
This section would be greatly enhanced if it woudl link to specific instructions for how to show the flyout.

If you click the FeatureScript notices button on the top tool bar, the console will open on the bottom, exposing all of the output and debug notices.

Yup. I figured it out after some time. However, the documentation should be where the user is likely to land, not on the forum where a user might or might not think to search with the right keywords.0
