The Circular Pattern is popping up and not pooping up at times.

I am having problems with the circular Pattern sometimes it pops up at other times it doesn't. I am trying to generate that box 30 degrees around 11 extra copies.

If so, then the answer to that is:
The patterns are grouped together under the same button.
It always remembers the last pattern you used and keeps it up-top.
To access the other patterns click the down arrow to see the other pattern types.
alternatively.
If you can't find a feature, just press alt+c then type the name of the feature you're looking for.
It will automatically search every feature available to you, including customer features.
