Problem with placing multiple fillet

Lets say i'm designing a basic cube and want to fillet the edges on the left and right side of the cube.
i click on fillet tool and select both sides. this is were i get the error message.
i have to open a new fillet tool every time and only select one side at the time!

this was not a problem when i first started with onshape

This should not be an issue. Can you provide the error message and a link to your document?

For complicated parts that need fillet stacking, I use Multi fillet which is a derivation of Evan's Selection fillet. However, you shouldn't need either of these for a simple cube.

Is the fillet so large for the part to the point that the fillets overlap?

maybe the fillet measurement is set to "width" not "radius"

Does it make a difference if you select edges instead of faces?

I'm also having this issue when filleting a square in a sketch. Plenty of room for the fillets so they don't run into each other. I can't pick what you need to do to make it fail but have noticed that if you pick the vertices then the fillets work. If you pick the lines of the sketch, then it only fillets opposing diagonal corners.

Don't you just pick two lines at a time to indicate the corner needing a fillet?
I have just learned a new trick though, it would never have occurred to me to select the vertices!

hello, question for you all with regards to fillets.. (im new here apologies)

in solidworks when going to add fillets SW would propose a selection of either similar vertices, fillet all etc but also would allow you to hover the mouse over where a vertice is (even though you dont have a line of sight) and it would propose it to fillet - Onshape doesnt do this?

is there a workflow for doing fillets faster without having to rotate your model constantly?

Also - how do i use these custom features? i have added the Multi Fillet into a document but it doesnt do anything.. what am i doing wrong?!
