How do I rotate a part in Assembly?

Hi,
I don't find the way to rotate the legs for a table in the right position. I have tried everything but it doesn't work.
When it is done, how do I move all the parts so that they fit together?

    Hello. I don't comprehend what you want to attain. All the legs and their fitting to the rails look good. I don't see a need to rotate any of them. - Scotty

    Hi,
    You are right, but meanwhile I had found by myself how to rotate them in the right orientation.
    I would have announced that here but I never see my questions.
