I've had a 49+ year career in mechanical engineering, mostly in rotating electric machinery. In 2018 I became an independent contract engineer, working full-time for my former permanent employer in northeast Indiana. My wife and I moved to Albuquerque, NM in mid-2019. I will continue to work part-time for my former employer, as well as pursuing personal projects and other outside consulting work.
