You can leave everything in the sketch. No need to do multiple sketches. Just do multiple thin extrudes referencing different parts of the sketch until you have done them all. (View Post)1 -

I think I resolved this issue. by splitting the circle profiles at both ends into 3 segments each. (View Post)1
