You can leave everything in the sketch. No need to do multiple sketches. Just do multiple thin extrudes referencing different parts of the sketch until you have done them all. (View Post)1 -

You should explore the "=" constraint. less dimensions and clutter that way. I would start deleting the red redundant contraints until you get to where you want to go. (View Post)1
