I think this pretty picture may be what you're looking for. Looks good but the Make Joint fails and will not generate a flat pattern. Suppress Make Joint and and you'll see the flat pattern regenerat… (View Post)1 -

Don't make identical parts in part studio typically. Go to an assembly and insert twice then set position with mates. If you need to modify the second one then do something like a mirror of the first… (View Post)1 -

Move the sketch used for part 2 until it intersects with part 1 and change the revolve function from new to add. You can transform part 2 and Boolean with part 1 but that's more work. (View Post)2 -
