What drawing template are you using. There are imperial and metric templates. Units are set in the template. Can be changed while in the drawing. (View Post)1 -

Have you tried the composite part function. All included are treated as one. Make sure to check closed in the dialog so the part list is reduced. (View Post)1 -

There is a minimum distance before an arrow head is added. Pull the note back a bit and you should see the arrow added. (View Post)1
