Your parts, the triangles, are all identical. Design one triangle, add dummy extensions for the adjacent parts, add fillets, cut off dummy parts, assemble the pentagon of 5 trinangle instances. (View Post)4 -

Re: crating a nut for existing specific size bolt
Print a nut with just a plain core hole and use a tab cutter when printed. That'll be more precise, given we are talking a tiny M4 bolt. (View Post)1 -
