Re: Creating seamless transitions between two lofts
This makes a lot of sense. I didn't realize that you could go into the guides and set their continuity. I think this should get me close enough for my purposes.
Re: Creating seamless transitions between two lofts
If you still have issues getting the curvature of Loft to be continuous or having smooth transitions to other surfaces (Shift + C to check curvature of a surface), then you can use Boundary surface which is more controlled than loft. Remember, a surface is only as good as the curves you use to make it. Shift + C will also let you check the curvature of curves and sketch curves.

@S1mon I've updated the origin/xaxis as per your suggestion to use the first point as the origin and the 1st to 2nd as the x axis.
@Rhett_Robinson - I work quickly ;)
@joshtargo - I've beat you to it
Re: Improvements to Onshape - January 10th, 2025
I agree that it seems to suggest forming tools, which is exciting!
Re: Trying to round / fillet
You can delete that inner face with the heal option. That will give you a single edge so that you can fillet it.

Re: Not having a proper "Wrap" feature is the only major downside to Fusion in my experience
I haven't used Fusion but is this the kind of feature you are looking for or can it wrap bodies around a curve? This custom feature can wrap(fold) sketches/curves around a curve.

Re: where is the enclosed volume of this pillbox?
You an make a new part from insides of object then ask for volume information. I usually exclude this type of part from BOM to avoid confusion later.

Re: where is the enclosed volume of this pillbox?
switch to transparent view. make new extrusion from bottom interior face to top face as a new part and measure that new part.
