One feature is not mirroring

I have a part that I'm trying to make and, for some reason, one particular feature (Extrude 3) that I'm trying to mirror isn't mirroring even though other related features are. What am I missing?

Extrude 3 fails to be mirrored because it has Up-to-face condition. Mirrored extrude can't use the same reference for up-to-face condition and you would not want it to do so.
If you change Extrude 3 to use blind end condition as done here Mirror 2 succeeds.6

If this part is perfectly symmetrical, I would just model half and mirror the whole thing.
It's hard to investigate a link-shared document because we cannot copy or open the feature dialogs. My advice here would be to try checking the "Apply per instance" box in the mirror (if it is not already checked). We can look more closely if you make the file public, or (if the data is proprietary) use the "Contact Support" button in the "?" menu of the document.

@NeilCooke, @Jake_Rosenfeld; thank you for the quick responses as well.
