One feature is not mirroring

derek_wardderek_ward Member Posts: 63 EDU
I have a part that I'm trying to make and, for some reason, one particular feature (Extrude 3) that I'm trying to mirror isn't mirroring even though other related features are.  What am I missing?

Here's the file:  https://cad.onshape.com/documents/922e98a0383dbd0e78cc0900/w/9ff6ef7b1777f5d0575b9b43/e/e0c4da962b8ef1b440c1e637

Hi Derek - you must make the document public - a link will not allow others to edit your doc.

If this part is perfectly symmetrical, I would just model half and mirror the whole thing.

It's hard to investigate a link-shared document because we cannot copy or open the feature dialogs.  My advice here would be to try checking the "Apply per instance" box in the mirror (if it is not already checked).  We can look more closely if you make the file public, or (if the data is proprietary) use the "Contact Support" button in the "?" menu of the document.

@lana, thank you!  I didn't know that.  I will make the change.

@NeilCooke, @Jake_Rosenfeld; thank you for the quick responses as well.
