Is the eu-west-1 server down?

Since one hour ago I can't access my documents. Using the system check (https://cad.onshape.com/check) shows that there is a web socket error. According to your forum this could be due to port 443 being closed. So I double checked by using a completely different network (4G on my phone) and the issue persited. So I doubt it is a port 443 issue in this case. I'm using the eu-west-1 server. Is this server fully operational?

Same here, just submitted a ticket.

I'm seeing some disconnects and generally poor performance when working.

OK, seems that there were intermittent issues with servers in euw-1 and elsewhere. Apparently, the automatic scaling feature that adds more compute power to address service demand was not working as expected. Resolved now. Apologies for the inconvenience.
