On the guitar tuners on the side I want to select only the tuner, not the whole sketch but I can't, it only selects the whole sketch(outline of head), and I don't want to. Let me know if it makes any sense.

Can you make your doc public? It sounds like you have too much geometry in one sketch. The head and tuners should probably be in separate sketches.
