Do you know how I can Linear the Pyramid, I can seen to figure it out. I can't select the Pyramid to Linear.

There may be a tolerance error with the pyramid so close to the fillet I assume. It kept failing.
I made the pyramid "New" in the extrude, then did the pattern and merged with the block.
