How do I define my spline.

I am a student and I have been working hard trying to get my part fully defined. I am modeling up up a multi tool and I have the whole thing almost all defined, I have all the points around the spline but the line itself wont become defined.
 Any help will be welcomed thanks Andrew.

You should be using lines and arcs for that profile. Splines are for more organic shapes. It is also good practise to keep sketches as simple as possible and make it out of multiple features.

Best thing to do would be to take a photo and import it into your sketch (scaled correctly). Then approximate the arcs over the top.
