Fully functional derived views (Crop-able / Break-able Section views within drawing)

Fully functional derived views - Derived views within drawings, section views, broken views, etc..., are not fully functional. Request: Any view no matter where it is derived from will allow you to use almost any command on it.
Sometimes we need to be able to crop or break part of a section view.
