Assembly Measurements

I'm trying to measure the distance between parts in an assembly. Is this possible?
For example to measure between a point and a surface?
I could switch to part studio to look at the total length of the wall, then subtract the two cabinets, but can it be done from the Assembly?;)

If you click on the two items, the measurement should show up in the bottom right corner.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI5
