How to model a ledge?

Hi,

I'm stuck Is there a way I can model a ledge inside this building model (its 2mm to the foot) 8mm from the top and 2mm x 2mm without having to make a sketch on each of the faces?

Yes, use Sweep. Draw the path (along all the walls - a single sketch on a plane offset from the floor will do it), then draw the cross section of the ledge and use Sweep.
