Fill/solidify/extrude. Need help urgently

Need to solidify the biggest cylinder inwards (until the next obstacle) [To the smaller cylinder- loft -smaller cylinder]

Probably has a name I'm unfamiliar with.

Can't do it properly without any extra lines.

Here is an example of how I did it:
I have used 4 features: 2 sketches, an extrude and a revolve.
