What is the best way to copy this shetch to another plane in the same position

I would like to copy selected sketch as in the picture. What is the best way to do it? Or maybe I should change order of what is done?

You can right click the sketch and copy sketch

Then you can paste it on the new plane and move it in position

Depending on what you're doing, I might suggest extrude->new your sketch then do a transform or pattern with a remove or add.
That would save a sketch and make it more parametric.

    Thank you for answers!
To be more precise, I would like the copy to change when I change original.
So I think circular pattern may be best practice in this case, isn't it?

Or maybe if I need to extrude it anyway it is best to use tranform tool?

Assuming you are creating a feature from the sketch @john_mcclary 's answer is probably better. Here is a handy dandy featurescript to help https://cad.onshape.com/documents/25a0a6dfaa76e64574a5e0db/v/ffa0b06304c5fc3946d3536a/e/a71ff51699ae36f356a38f69
