coincident after dimension

These 2 sketches were intersecting until I adjusted dimensions on sketch 4 to match sketch 1, and now they are apart.  I've used the use tool on both points to be brought together, and used the precision selector to select both points, pencil, and 1 of the points deselects instead of using coincident.  I might have done the use tool wrong but I've tried many different ways. What am I missing?

@darren_mason871 - you need to be editing the sketch before you make selections - please see my comments in the other thread - thanks.
