I want to bend a flat part for a assembly mounting illustration

Hi there, maybe someone can easily tell me how to bend this part, f.example. on a curved surface.
The yellow part, toward the viewer.

If you could get Sheet Metal Plus to recognize that plate as sheet metal then Sheet Metal Fold could likely bend it along a sketch line.

You can click the "+ Custom features" button in that document to add it to your toolbar
