Radii Problems when exporting

Hi Guys

I have been using On Shape to create drawings for lasercutting and im exporting them as either dxf or dwg and the laser cutters program is importing them with the radii off the sheet and he is having to redraw them. has anyone had a similar problem? the program he is using is Matcam.

Thanks

Have you tried older versions of DXF? If you share the document with him he can export many different versions for testing without you having to send them.

I had an issue with dxf radii for our laser cutter when the values were tiny.  They ended up not coincident with the other geometry leaving open chains, or did some weird doubling back on themselves.  Increasing the rad to something in the order of .4mm fixed the problem.  I assumed the problem was on the laser software end not Onshape export but didn't look into proving that.
