Take a look at the attached document. I have a series of 6 holes that when the extrude is unsupressed, the flat pattern breaks. These are cuts in the flat pattern. It seems if the edge of a flat pattern cut lands on the bend radius the flat pattern breaks. These holes are 0.425 Ø If I change to 0.25 or 1.00 everything is fine. Is this a bug?

@kent_henderson Can you create a support ticket in app and share the doc with support? I have also confirmed your observations on a similar document.Regards,Mike LaFleche @mlaflecheCAD0

@kent_henderson this incident is of interest to me because I know I will run into it myself.
If you cut half of the circle it will work, but once you add the other half the flat pattern goes away. This is the closest I could come.

This is the alternative I could come up with. Sorry for the crudeness, I was trying a lot of methods to get something to work.

Thanks for the suggestions. For this application, these holes are used for airflow. I will change the hold to a slot to fit within the bend radii. I did submit this issue to the Onshape support team as a bug and it has been recognized as such. Hopefully we'll see a fix in the coming months. Thanks for everyone's help. I love this forum.1
