Can Construction Lines be placed at the rear of all other lines?

I use Construction Lines all the time as guidelines, they are generally the first lines that I place in my sketch.
My issue is that when I place a line or part line on top of the Construction Line, and then for whatever reason I need to erase or alter an actual line that has been recently added, then the construction line is always the first to be deleted. Is it possible by default that the Construction Line is always placed at the rear of all other lines?
