Hole table

I have a simple plate with a few holes. When I select Hole Table I get the little dialog box, but I'm unable to click on a view. There is no response when I hover over or click on the only view in the drawing. Yes, the holes have been created as hole features (not extruded/removed). Here's a link to the drawing: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/31d83b57425f9a16f3b5efa9/w/43e90d54d37f974eeeb35a70/e/c932e1ba5e1c518fc4f8970e

To change the reference in the drawing, Right Click on the reference in the sheets panel (the row with the part studio icon) and choose "Replace..." from the context menu. Now choose an actual part in that dialog. Hole tables will now be able to select the view of that part when the reference is changed.6
