How to angle this part?

I'm a UI designer, but I'm new to 3D design. I made this simple clip to hold my flashlight on the wall. I'd like the flat part to angle up a few degrees so the gravity keeps the flashlight against the wall. I tried a few options, like loft, or draft, but I got really confused. How can I keep all my fillets and angle this up?



Thank you. The part with the screw hole is the part that goes against the wall.

If you share the URL, we can show you how. Rather than sketch the U-shaped section in the top view, draw the side profile (with any angle, or probably better being flat near the wall, then kinked up somewhere after the center point of the U) then extrude. You can then cut out the U-shape afterward from the top view.
