Partcommunity app not allowing downloads.

I was using the part community app on a project and used up all the download tickets, I could not figure out if there was a way to get more tickets, I figured no problem it acted like it would reset in a day or two and give me another 50 tickets, however that has been a week ago and it still will not let me download anything else, says I have no download tickets. Has anyone else had an issue like this, is there a way to get more tickets or force a reset? I tried unsubscribing and then resubscribing but that didn't change anything. If I log into partcommunity.com I have 50 tickets there. I really like the way the app works when it works.

    You will need to contact the partcommunity support. They will be the ones in control of the app and your tickets
