Various threads heights on uneven surfaces -

Hi anyone
I need support to make threads on a uneven surface both with cylindrical, conical but also barrel shape surfaces. The height of the threads various as well.
I have enclosed a part with the shapes including a sketch showing the outer shape of the thread heights.
I hope anyone could support me with finding a solution for this?

I'm having trouble with the rotation of the sweep.
Anyone know how to get the twist out of the helix?
