How do I get a fillet on a flange?

Hello

Is there a possibility to set a fillet for the edge, which is formed by cutting the flange to size?

You should be able to do it.

Following is a sheetmetal part with an extrude that cuts a couple of flanges and I was able to fillet an edge.

Note: The fillet was added after "finishing" the sheet metal part.

Fillet and chamfer can be limited sometimes.

I think this is one of those cases.

You will need to sketch a corner and extrude cut it, or like stephen said, finish sheet metal first.
Unfortunatly the fillet won't show up on the flat pattern if you finish sheet-metal so I tend  to use the sketch/exturude->remove method
