we are purchased along with fundamentals training, but right we are not getting videos and its asking to purchasing

You have to be signed into the Learning Center through Onshape to access the content. The easiest way to do this is to sign into Onshape and click the Learning Center button in the top right, then navigate to the course to begin.5
