Hi,
Im trying to make the wall of this model 6mm thick and I can't seem to do it? It worked fine in one that I did the other day so don't know what's wrong.

There we go! Thanks. I think I found the issue. OS is flaking because on any offset greater than .12, the edges from the triangular shape start to overlap semicircular surface. See below. But if you add a slight radius the problem goes away.

Try using a smaller thickness and see if there are any faces that are too small or nearly touching. Keep increasing the thickness until it fails
That should give you a good hint to what is going on
I have already tried this and the thickest it will allow me to shell is 0.1 inches. Its saying there is a problem with the pieces that extrude out the sides however i don't know why as it worked previously.
