When I fillet the shape it leaves the straight lines but adds a curved line on the inside.

Is there any way I could remove the straight edge?

Not sure what you mean? Are there perhaps many parts on top of each other? Can you make this doc Public?

@NeilCooke Thanks, that was what it was, I just had to delete a part and it fixed it:)
