How do students join the teacher's (ONSHAPE) invite to onshape?

I am a new teacher starting Onshape Educational Plan. I entered student's school email. When students tried to join, they were told invalid email or passcode. Is this a problem with me not doing something right in "ONSHAPE" or is the problem at my school with something blocked?
