Can you create a fillet between two parallel circles in a sketch?

e.g as shown in the pic here.

    Draw a 3 point arc and make it coincident and tangent both ends.

    Thank you! I used three point arc but I used AutoCAD before and I was able to use fillet option instead of arc and wanted to check if that would work on Onshape too. Students found fillet option much easier.

    To do a fillet, Onshape needs the unfilleted edges to touch at a point, which these circles don't appear to.
