What kind of ideas are out there for creating landscape topography?

For general projects of creating molds and/or CNC models, I am curious what kind of ideas people have for creating topographical models using Onshape.

Do you have any specific examples? We use a CNC router at Cache River and occasionally make molds, but there are so many different applications.

Bruce mentioned the Topographinator feature. I made this feature for our river tables, depending on the application it could save a lot of time.

Another great feature is Sculp Surface. We hired Max to make this for us a while back. It's a great feature that is useful for quick surface adjustments.

Here is a custom mold I made for a personal project. No fancy features for this one.

Kudos @bruce_williams and @MichaelPascoe ! Thank you both for the helpful and insightful responses. I have found a quick and dirty app called Terrain2STL that generates a quick STL ready for importing into a preferred modeling platform.
