webgl is no enabled i dont know hat that is

    WebGL is the graphics engine that browsers use to access your graphics card for hardware acceleration, which is a must for most 3D apps.

    Fist you should check to see if your graphics card is up to date, and is compatible. Usually any card made in the last 8 or so years should be compatible.

    Next make sure your browser has webGL enabled

    I've seen other times where it was still giving trouble to people. You can also try using another browser like firefox,edge,opera etc.
