Can the leader line on a radius callout extend to the center point?

I would like to be able to insert the R2.35 dimension with a line extending to the centerpoint and the text outside of the radius. I am getting this:

It needs a third option when you click on the diamond. For this part, the center of the radius is the center of the hole. But that isn't necessarily obvious, as my students have told me, so continuing to the center of the arc would fix that.
