While I can copy a Part, I can not paste it into a different Part Studio. There is no Paste menu for this.
Help would be appreciated.

To get a part from another studio, you need to use the Derived tool. Derived brings a part from a different studio, to the current studio you are working in.

Once they are derived into another studio, are they editable in the new studio with all the steps? Or are they still connected to the old studio for editing?
If the studio is in the same document, the derive will automatically update the part. Versions can be created by the drop down menu in the top left portion of your screen.
Versions:
Right click the derive in the feature tree to update or go to the original studio:

Otherwise derive and in-context are the way to push a part into another studio for further editing, like Michael showed
