Can I make a copy of a OnShape Folder?

I have an OnShape Folder that contains other folders, documents, parts, assemblies and drawings called 2020 Robot.
I want to make a copy of the folder and all it's contents and call it 2021 Robot, then make 2020 Robot Read Only.

Is this possible?

Yes and no, you will have to make the folders manually and copy each document one at a time aand move them.

Or have some app written using the API I suppose

It is also an option to Version or Release the 2020 Robot, freezing it.

Ah right, I got caught up in the copy part of the question, i forgot it isn't necessary...

If you don't want to release, you can also just create a version.. Versions are read only and if someone edits by accident then you can restore back to the version.

Or create a branch anb delete the active workspace of the branch, that will make that bnanch read only basically
