Rating popup stopping students from completing the Fundamentals course, anyone having this problem?

My students are only able to complete about 60% of the course. A ratings popup appears on the screen and only allows them to exit the course. Anyone else encountered this problem?

can you be more specific of which fundamental course? To mark each page as completed you must stay on it for 3 seconds. You can progress to the next page without marking the previous one as complete if you don't stay on it for 3 seconds. Look at the course outline to see which pages have been completed. Green checkmarks and bubbles indicate the page has been marked complete.
As you get to the end of a course it does automatically pop up a screen to allow a rating and then exit the course. You must exit the course at this point- it is a current limitation- but you can always navigate back to the course from your training dashboard or the course catalog.
Also once back in the course- you click in the course outline directly to navigate to the pages that have not been marked as complete.
